Submitting the quote form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We follow up to review the details, confirm what the visit will include, and agree on a date and price before the cleaning is scheduled.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another client. We will do the same if something prevents us from keeping an appointment.
